The Manager or third-party companies have the right to amend or change the terms and conditions with respect to the use or operation of the services and facilities, including but not limited to charge, operation hours and service length, by themselves without prior notice, subject to terms and limitations in the deed of mutual covenants, service contracts, other relevant legal instruments, land grants, rules of the use of the resident clubhouse and the landscape play area and actual conditions. In case of any dispute, the Manager or third-party companies reserve the right to make the final decision. Any change, modification, suspension or termination of the relevant manager services shall not be regarded as a breach of promise and/or false statement, etc.
